Avocado and grape salad

Very simple, but tasty.

Serving per person

handful red grapes, halved
½ red onion, finely sliced
1 small or ½ large avocado, chopped
 Extra Virgin olive oil
 Red wine vinegar
 salt & pepper

Combine all ingredients. Make a little vinaigrette from the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Sprinkle on top.
That's about it.

Good just with bread as a light lunch.
